Create and edit the simulated patients your students practice with. Each case is a patient persona (the AI's acting instructions), a student assignment, an avatar, a voice, and a grading rubric. Cases are saved to the shared database — an edit here reaches every student immediately.
Every case can be edited, deleted, or duplicated. Use “Duplicate” to spin off a copy without changing the original.
When on, the student sees a countdown. At zero the encounter auto-submits for feedback with a “you ran out of time” notice.
Tips: write in second person ("You are…"). Include what the patient should NOT volunteer until asked (hidden OTC meds, adherence problems), how they react to jargon vs. plain language, and any deliberate misunderstanding for the student to catch with teach-back.
